• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the final odds that apply.
• Bets placed before a match begins do not convert to in-play bets unless explicitly stated.

Bet Cancellation & Refunds

• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your account.
• If a match takes place more than 36 hours after the scheduled time, the bet will be considered void.
• If an event in a parlay bet is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the remaining selections will stand.

Result Determination

Betting results on vip7 are determined based on official outcomes from recognized sports organizations. In the event of a dispute, vip7's decision is final — though it will always be made on fair grounds.

Vip7 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent manipulation.
• Using hacking, viruses, or any other malicious technology.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform via VPN from restricted countries or regions.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

You may close your vip7 account at any time. Likewise, vip7 may restrict or close an account under certain circumstances.

To close your account voluntarily

• Contact the support team via email or live chat to request account closure.
• Withdraw all funds from your account before closing it.
• Once Self-Exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.
